This fest features romantic ups and downs, along with platonic options.

The 2024 Community Calendar is up, and several folks have claimed fests.

We really need someone to take Public Domain Day in January. This is a recurring fest that has all new prompts every year, based on works that are newly released to the public domain. It's easy to run because you don't really have to make a prompt list from scratch -- you just search for articles (which should already be available) listing works that go public on January 1.

Start thinking about fest ideas for next year. The 2024 Community Calendar usually goes up in late November or early December, so you will be able to claim months then. Do you have a new fandom? An old favorite? Which months are less busy for you? Jot down ideas so you'll have them later.
