This is the October community post for allbingo. What were your bingo activities during the past month? What are your plans for November?

For October we had:

Worldbuilding 4x4x4 Bingo hosted by magibrain  
This fest encourages people to combine four prompts into a single fill within the categories of worldbuilding, culturebuilding, character building, or group dynamics.

Sports and Games cohosted by dialecticdreamer and ysabetwordsmith
Celebrate all manner of fun and play.

In November we will have:

Fall Festival Bingo cohosted by vexed_wench and spiralicious 
Enjoy autumn, its holidays, and related motifs.

Start thinking about 2017.  We'll need hosts for fests next year.

For 2017, I was considering bringing back Dark Fantasy Bingo in the same way you brought back Cotton Candy Bingo earlier this year. If that sounds like a good idea, what month do you think would be a good fit for that?

I greatly enjoyed that fest! Having it back would be fantastic. The best match would be October, but I don't want to make you wait a year. January would work too. What do you think?

Okay, thank you. I'll see what I can do about compiling their prompt list into the bingo card generator as we get closer to the month.

Basically you just paste all the prompts into a document, edit as needed to make it a comma-separated list, and send that to magibrain.

I'm still relatively new here, but could I possibly host a Pagan/Wiccan themed fest for May because the 2nd is National Pagan Coming Out Day?

I have listed your Pagan fest for May. I also added a mention of Beltane on May 1.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend checking out the Bingo Card Maker. It has many lists already made, but you can also submit new ones.

I just realized, we've had autumn and winter prompts, but I don't think we've done spring per se before, and the others aren't loaded into the generator yet. Having seasonal lists would be handy.

I've looked through the lists on the card maker, but I'd also like to submit my own. How would I go about doing that? (Oh, and I can definitely come up with a spring/seasonal list for the fest, too. I was planning on that.)

Glad I could help. I'm Pagan so I figured Beltane should be in there.

That would be awesome. If you look at previous fests, you'll see that some hosts like to make modular lists so that people can mix and match as desired. Frex, you might make a Pagan list and a Spring list.

The lists I created were: Spring (Seasonal), Pagan Quotes and Proverbs, Pagan Holidays/Festivals, and Paganism (General). I've submitted them to magistrate as well. Thank you so much for all of your help thus far! c:
