Pirate Fest?

We have a proposal for a pirate theme, but the person who made it doesn't have time to host a fest this month.  Does anyone else want to take this?

I like the idea for this theme and if no one else wants to adopt/host this fest, then I could. As far as lists of prompts go, I can have them done along with my announcement post for the fest some time tonight. (Not sure what time, though.)
