BINGO: blackout

For the first time, I managed to blackout a card during its fest here. I suspect this is the fastest blackout I have made: May 2-May 20, nineteen days. \o/
This is a ton of things to list so I'm not going to try putting in all the details. Things that have already been published are linked; not everything has been posted yet. Ones with warnings have them on the post, but I'll list the more serious ones here.
