Flower Fest Bingo

The Flower Fest Bingo will run from April 1-30. The theme is flower names.  (Join the Meet and Greet.) To diversify options, I've done several things...


1) Prompts are divided into several groups. Dance with the Daffodils and Tiptoe Through the Tulips have picturesque cultivar names. Stay Wild, Flower Child and Flower Basket are mostly species names for wild or domestic flowers.

2) A 3x3 card is offered in each current category, in hopes of making it easier to blackout. A 5x5 card mixes everything together for variety.

Feel free to mix and match the prompts, though, if you want a more diverse card. You can make a standard 5x5 or whatever you want. Creative interpretation is encouraged, and you don't have to stick to a category just because you're using its prompts. You could write about actual flowers, or the things they're named after, whatever inspires you.


3) Challenges! These are prompts that make the bingo card more exciting. You can add them to any category, or skip them, as you choose. They do let you claim multiple fills from one work.

=Cross Pollination= combine scenes about 2+ adjacent prompts,
=Floribunda= double the fill size of adjacent prompt,
=Sex Pollen= use adjacent prompt in erotic scene,
=Out of Season= show adjacent flower in a different time of year,
=Bouquet= combine any 3+ prompts not adjacent,
=Budding Hopes= use future tense for adjacent prompt,


4) In addition to the standard bingo patterns of line, blackout, etc. there are others especially suited to this fest: Nature, Spring.
