This is the March community post for allbingo . What were your bingo activities during February? What are your plans for March?

For February we had:
Valentines Bingo Fest hosted by ysabetwordsmith
This fest features romantic ups and downs, along with platonic options.
Posting will be February 1-28.

For March we will have:
Celtic Bingo Fest hosted by caitis_musings 
Fills based on Celtic symbolism, history, heritage, etc.
Posting will be March 1-31.

February didn't work for me, but I'm hoping to actually participate in my own fest!

Remember that the 5x5 format is just the most common, not a requirement. The Bingo Card Generator can give 2x2, 3x3, or 4x4 cards too -- or even single prompts. That's very useful in case you get swamped.

But I did get 7 or 8 fills for my Valentine's card done, which is an amount I'm happy with; this theme wasn't as easy for me.

I don't think March will work for me, I don't think I could do the theme justice.

That's still good.

You could...

* Take a break for the month and work on something else.

* Play a card from a different theme.

* Look at unfinished cards and write fills for them.

* Check the current theme and look for prompts that could be interpreted other ways, then make a card with those.

This is a bit of a late response, but I did appreciate your suggestions. I decided to take a break for March, and I'm looking forward to the theme coming up for April :) I'm not sure how it will turn out yet, but I'm eager to give it a try.

No Bingo - just 3 fills for my Valentines Fest card.

But! I did not stop writing in the month of February & I’m still pumped to keep going. That was a mental/emotional hurdle I was worried about and am now past!

I like my March card and am excited to see how it goes. :-)
