This is the October community post for allbingo. What were your bingo activities during September? What are your plans for October?

For September we had:
Arts and Crafts Festival hosted by ysabetwordsmith
Celebrate your favorite arts and crafts.
Posting will be September 1-30.

For October we will have:
Fall / Halloween / Samhain Fest hosted by vexed_wench  and  spiralicious 
This fest covers all the autumn holidays.
Posting will be October 1-31.


Note that nobody has signed up for November yet. If you would like to run a fest then, please speak up. It's fun and easy, not a lot of work, and you can pick any theme you like.

yntoila has volunteered to host a people-watching fest for November.  \o/

For September, I hosted two prompt calls

I also hosted the linkback poem for ysabetwordsmith's prompt call, the Poetry Fishbowl.

The total number of words, story only, is divided in two areas: those which focus on the story arc chosen for the month 32,876 words, and for those which were written for prompt calls or bonus stories, tally 56,789. That means that readers have a total of 89,669 words of stories to choose among and enjoy for the month of September.

For October, these interactive events return!

1 October is the Poetry Fishbowl, and my linkback.

14 October is Magpie Monday, with a theme of "Flexibility."

28 October is the Feathering the Nest prompt call, which focuses on nonsexual intimacy, comfort and fluff.

I post every day, and I would love to 'meet' some new readers.

Nearly two separate novels. One in the Strange Family series, then the bits and bobs of stories in other arcs.

Counting headers and story words, I'm hoping to write 100,000 words in October. The trick is going to be in learning to dance between two different story arcs.
