I mostly wrote for the 2024 National Crafting Month Fest at Allbingo, but I did join Pinterest for the Pinterest Perfect Prompt. I also built some Lego people for the Crafter's Block Prompt which is probably not what the Prompt was intended for, but whatever. I also wrote a poem for the Poetry Prompt so that's part of the writing series.

That's quite an accomplishment.

You got the form right, and the sentiment holds together well. The extra capitals are a bit distracting and you have two H's in "husband."

Capitals tell you what's important. Beginning of a sentence makes it easier to read. In poetry, beginning of a line helps anchor the form, and also distinguish between forms -- haiku tend not to use capitals at all, which contributes to the soft, natural feel of that form. Proper nouns distinguish individual persons, places, or things from the general surroundings. Capitals also cause the mind to pause a bit and consider what's important, whether it's a new sentence or important noun. So if the text has too many capitals, the reading bogs down a bit; and when every word is emphasized, effectively none of them are. That works in a one line-title or in a signboard, but otherwise not so much.

I am quite a fan of e.e. cummings. I've read bell hooks too. Avoiding capitals has the opposite effect -- it makes things seem softer and flow smoother.
