Basic instructions on how to play creative bingo are listed in the sidebar, along with other helpful posts. It's not hard. Just take a card, such as the public one, make stuff that matches the squares, and try to fill a whole line.

I read 'em, but I guess I'm just kind of iffy on the posting part. So, we post the card we're using to our own journals, hyperlinking the prompts to our entries as we go, and then when we get five-in-a-row, we...? Post all five in one post to the comm? Hyperlink to our card? Both? I guess it's number #5 on the rules that confuses me--it talks about source communities and custom cards, which I guess I don't quite understand. Is Solo Celebration Bingo hosted on a different comm, or is this one the 'source comm'?
