Folks can set a fest to whatever length they want. My inclination with thematic fests like this has indeed been a month or less, because the bingo communities are doing theirs in much larger spans. You have to balance brevity and targeting (say for a holiday) against giving people enough time to make stuff. So maybe 3-6 weeks?

The Bingo Valentines fest is running through Feb. 21 so there's no rush. While there's no official rule against overlapping fests, I think it would be more effective to space them out. March would be great.
