Go for it. The rules here are flexible, so you can pretty much do whatever you want with prompts.
I haven't shared a card, but I've used 2+ prompts in one fill if they were from different cards or someone asked for a combination. Also some folks like to play with paired cards where you have, say, characters on one, settings on another, then you stack B1 character with B1 setting, etc.
