I have seen "drabble" become more flexible than just 100 words exactly. I haven't seen it used as often for fiction that is incomplete; for that I've seen "ficlet" more often.
*ponder* An interesting linguistic note is that -le marks small repeated actions or items (i.e. spark --> sparkle) while -et is a diminutive (i.e. star --> starlet).
