April FOOLS!
There's a long tradition of practical jokes and pranks every April First in the English-speaking world. There's a long tradition in my family of allowing a /single/ prank which cannot injure anyone, damage property, or humiliate the target. This means that our three-year-old pranked his parents by hiding one shoe of all our sets. (I suspect he got the laundry basket from his father, though... Hmm...)
However, not everyone enjoys the day, nor pranks in general. Some of us must tread very carefully to find an amusing, NON-threatening April Fools' celebration. That means I want to specify that fills aren't humiliating to the fictional subject, either. Funny, lighthearted, silly fills will be MUCH preferred.
Due to current family complications, I won't be able to offer a fiction piece for those who get bingo. I apologize.
The list of 35 prompts: prank, jape, pun, jest, riddle, comedy trope, running gag, pratfall, merriment, play, laughter, hoax, snipe hunt, long stand, fool's errand, left-handed spanner, shenanigan, trick, glee, punk'd, joy buzzer, prank war, rivalry, food prank, fool, embarrassed, humor, MIT, chagrin, trick, surprise, prank call, costume party, sleepover, jackalope
A public card for anyone who'd like to join in:
