It's not a lot of work. You make a post describing your fest, preferably on the first day of the month. Include the prompt list, and ideally a public card. Answer questions if people have any. You can offer prizes -- usually banners -- but it's not required. More details are on the 2019 calendar post.

I've seen such lists before, but they don't have all the same words. By all means, please send me yours! :D You can also send it to magibrain to add to the Bingo Card Generator.
