You could also advertise it on dw_community_promo. You don't have to be a moderator to do that, and it doesn't have to be a new community.

You've got lots of options -- episode titles, character quotes, characters and motifs, etc. Browse some previous fests to see how people lay them out. Often there are several sublists to choose from or mix-and-match.
