I like both those ideas, though you're right that drabbles might be a little easier for those that are strapped for time. For that one, you could use existing lists pretty easily, or also make seasonal lists, since November is a little fall and a little winter in most places. If you want any help making prompt lists or anything, I can probably spare the brain and time to pitch in.
