This is the May community post for allbingo. What were your bingo activities during April? What are your plans for May?

Three Weeks for Dreamwidth is running April 25-May 15. Everyone is invited to celebrate as they see fit. Here is a list of "Ways to Participate" and a blogging questionnaire. This post offers ideas particular to allbingo. Also melagan made a coffee shop banner if anyone is interested in running a coffee shop AU bingo fest.

For April we had:
Untranslatable Words Bingo hosted by silvercat17
Explore unusual words from foreign languages.
Posting will be April 1-30.

The Genderplay event was delayed, but new prompts were discussed here.

For May we will have:
Mixed Quotes fest hosted by fuzzyred 
Draw inspiration from quotes taken from movies, books, and other sources.
Posting will be May 1-31.

I made a black out for April from the 2x2 bingo card I made. For May I'm planning an M bingo from the public movie quotes bingo card.

MAKING plans hasn't been particularly successful of late, but here goes:

Plans for May of 2022

3rd Poetry Fishbowl Linkback. I’m just the cheering section, but it helps promote a friend’s work.

9th Magpie Monday. This prompt call has a theme, and this month’s theme is: questions. What do readers want to know? Ask, and I’ll write a short story or scene. Full details will be in the post on the 9th, and a story will post for everyone to enjoy on the 10th as a thank you gift to my readers.

23rd through the 26th Feathering the Nest. This prompt call is all about the fluff and fun, comfort rather than hurt. It will run for five days to act as a breather after posting the last part of a novel-length story.

I made my own TV quotes card and will be participating in this Bingo challenge officially for the first time. Looking forward to it a lot.

Worked like a maniac this week to meet the trope_bingo deadline and managed a blackout :) 17k words written in one week! Plus icons, recs. Also means I am now at 14/25 in my allbingo card :)
