Also I'd like to request you to make one, especially since you also write original works (fiction and non-fiction). You could also get a creative commons license for your original works. There are many options: "blanket yes", "permission with caveats", "ask first", or "blanket no". No explanation is required. akamine_chan has written a post on the topic.
If you'd like an example, my policy gives permission with caveats: WIPs are off-limits till I finish them and no to translations.
