Color Fest Banners Preview/Generics

The Color Fest runs for one more day, but like all good events that doesn't mean you have to stop!

These are generic bingo and blackout banners for whenever you finish, but I'll personalize them for anybody who wants it.

for RainbowFic, for the color-themed list I did a theme of cats in the completion banners. So I pulled nine of them for this.

I never heard of LOL_HEROES. It looks fun
