Spring and Autumn Bingo Fest is Now Closed
Well, it's night-time in the US so I guess it's safe to close the fest now. Of course, if you've created anything but haven't posted it yet you're welcome to post it whenever it's ready and to continue to use the public card and prompt list.
I want to thank
ysabetwordsmith for giving me the opportunity to host a bingo fest. I'd also like to thank the participants for their contributions. Congrats to lilly_c and ysabetwordsmith for calling bingo.
I will also be hosting another bingo fest in October: Horror Remix Fest, so I hope to see everyone then. Thank you!

Thank you!
I didn't make a second bingo but did have a total of 12 squares filled. It was a lot of fun.

The monthly events seem like fun. If you have any tips from your month feel free to pass them on :D
Yes...
Maybe look for stuff like Slender Man and Creepy the Clown that are modern motifs. Actually since both of those are pop-ups it would be fun to have them featured in different people's work!

Yay! I'm really enjoying these. I hope that other folks will volunteer to host some too.

Because it was small it was a good way to get my feet wet, so to speak, without getting overwhelmed. It is really low pressure, low stress fest so it's very manageable. Oh, tags -- I didn't need to remove any but I added a couple to make it easier for users to find the works.
Yay!
I'm glad that worked out for you. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Hmm...
Maybe grab a few articles about horror subgenres or how a mood genre works. I have one on "What Makes Horror Horrifying" that I could reprint, if you like.
Re: Hmm...
"What makes horror horrifying" -- if it's not a bother, I'd like that.
