This is the February community post for allbingo. What were your bingo activities during January? What are your plans for February?

For January we had:
Fresh Starts Bingo Fest hosted by ysabetwordsmith (pinch-hitting)
Write about new beginnings and fresh starts.
Posting will be January 1-31.

For February we will have:
Valentines Bingo Fest hosted by ysabetwordsmith
This fest features romantic ups and downs, along with platonic options.
Posting will be February 1-28.

Made a black out for my bingo card. I'm looking forward to the Valentines Bingo Fest. A Valentine' bingo card should make for a good base for a sequel to the story I wrote for the Fresh Starts Bingo.

I made a row bingo & had 5 additional fills for the Fresh Starts Bingo Fest! Will definitely make a card for the Valentines Bingo Fest, but will keep my expectations super low. All fills feel like gifts right now as I rebuild a writing habit. :-)

Smaller cards help, like the 2x2 option. See also Diamonds and Dynamite in the Bingo and Achievement section, which is all about small fills like haiku.

If you're new to creative bingo, consider making a small card -- the generator will do 2x2, 3x3, or 4x4 in addition to the usual 5x5 -- or choosing a small-fill achievement such as Diamonds and Dynamite. When starting, just focus on establishing a habit; you can work up the size later.

I am very new to bingo, I've never done one.
I'm still figuring out the generators XD, particularly the first one selecting prompts and whatnot.
But I am most definitely determined.

The easiest way to get started is to play a public card. I made small ones for each category and a larger mixed card.

If you want to make your own, clicking on a preloaded theme in the Bingo Card Generator will load those prompts into the prompt box. Then scroll down to the card box to point and click on the features you want, like the size. When you click the button to make a card, its code will appear in a box further down that you can copy and paste into your blog.
