I don't remember the name, but there's a pretty good movie about teaching ghetto kids to play chess. "No man can call you stupid if you can beat him at a game of chess."

Search them on the Interests page. Search gaming and you'll find several communities for that. fandomcalendar has all kinds of events. small_fandoms is an event hosting comm for niche fandoms.

I don't post a ton about gaming, but I love reading game manuals and you can find some reviews of those in my Review tag.
