Have you seen the mockery chocolates? Along with the splendid sculptures of anatomical hearts and hugging couples are things like broken hearts and crossed-out Feb. 14 calendars.

We watched the School of Chocolate recently and I really admire its usefulness as a sculpture medium. Especially with ruby added to dark, milk, and white chocolates.
