What it means is that I, as the community moderator, can answer questions as they apply to the community. You can use prompts however you want here, without violating community expectations. This is not the case in all communities; some have much tighter rules.

I can't answer questions regarding a given fest, because those rules are set by the fest host. This means that my answers for the community and a host's answers for a given fest may or may not be the same. People are encouraged to be flexible about hosting rules, but it's their fest, and variety is okay. So to learn about badges, you need to get that particular answer from the fest host.

For what it's worth, I've been doing great with my cards but haven't done anything MCU yet. I do want to write at least one just because of the theme inspiring such a great fest.
